2. Regulatory status
Berto Production is not an investment firm and is not entered in any register of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), CONSOB, the FCA or any other financial supervisory authority. We provide no service that requires such authorisation: no investment advice, no portfolio management, no order reception or transmission, no execution, no custody of client funds or instruments. We never hold client money.
Content that qualifies as an investment recommendation is published in accordance with Article 20 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014; see the Recommendation Disclosure.
3. Purpose of the site
To publish general market analysis and hypothetical trade ideas, with an open record of their outcomes, for information and education. Read the Risk Warning before using anything on this site.
4. Terms of use
Use of the site is governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The design, code, texts and published record are the property of Berto Production, protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (Intellectual Property Act) and applicable international conventions. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without written authorisation is prohibited.

To report unlawful content, a security issue, an intellectual property infringement or an error in the published record, write to info@cadencesignals.com. We answer within 30 days.
7. Applicable law
Spanish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
