Risk Warning

1. What this service is
Cadence Signals publishes general market commentary and hypothetical trade ideas produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Everything on this site is information and education.
2. What this service is not
- It is not investment advice. Nothing published here is a personal recommendation. We do not know your financial situation, your objectives, your other holdings, your tax position or your appetite for risk, and we never take them into account.
- It is not portfolio management. We never place, execute or manage orders on your behalf, and we never have access to your trading account or your money.
- It is not a regulated investment service. Berto Production is not an investment firm and is not authorised or supervised by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), CONSOB, the FCA, or any other financial regulator. We do not provide any service that requires such authorisation.
- It is not a signal-copying or managed-account product. Every decision to open, size or close a position is entirely yours.
3. Past and simulated results
The track record published on this site is hypothetical. It is calculated on a simulated account from the levels published in each idea, not from orders actually sent to a broker. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they do not reflect slippage, spread widening around news, partial fills, overnight financing costs, commissions, or the psychological pressure of trading real money. They also benefit from the fact that no simulated trade is ever missed, mistimed or abandoned.
Past performance — real or simulated — is never a reliable indicator of future results. No profit target, win rate or return figure anywhere on this site should be read as a promise, a projection or a guarantee.
4. Leverage
Leveraged products magnify both gains and losses. A small adverse move in the underlying market can wipe out your entire margin. Depending on your broker and your jurisdiction, you may in some circumstances be required to pay in more than your original deposit. Understand your broker's margin, stop-out and negative balance protection rules before you trade.
5. Market and execution risks
- Gaps. Prices can jump over your stop loss, particularly at the weekly open or around economic data and central bank decisions. A stop loss is not a guarantee of your exit price.
- Volatility and liquidity. Spreads widen and liquidity thins in fast markets, which can turn a planned loss into a much larger one.
- Technology. Platform outages, connectivity failures and data delays can prevent you from entering or exiting a position.
- Currency. If the instrument is denominated in a currency other than your account currency, the exchange rate adds a further layer of risk.
6. Artificial intelligence has limits
The ideas on this site are generated with AI assistance. AI systems can misread context, work from stale or incorrect data, miss an event that has not yet appeared in the price, and state a wrong conclusion with complete confidence. Every published idea is filtered against a fixed checklist, but no checklist removes this risk. Treat each idea as one input among many, never as a conclusion to act on blindly.
7. Timing and delivery
Ideas are published at scheduled times and may reach you late, or not at all, because of email delivery delays, spam filtering or site downtime. Market conditions may have changed materially by the time you read an idea. Always re-check the current price against the published invalidation level before acting.
8. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for their outcome. Before you trade, consider whether you understand how leveraged products work and whether you can afford the high risk of losing your money. If you are in any doubt, seek independent advice from a professional authorised in your own country. If you are under 18, or if trading these instruments is restricted where you live, do not use this service.
9. If trading stops being a choice
Trading can become compulsive. If you find yourself chasing losses, trading money set aside for something else, or hiding your trading from people close to you, stop and seek help. In Spain you can contact the Ministerio de Sanidad helpline services; in Italy, the Istituto Superiore di Sanità runs a national gambling helpline. Both are free and confidential.
